You can also export your address data from your lead tracking software program, and e-mail us your .excel, text or .pdf file, as long as it contains the address information we require.

STEP 1:	Just enter the addresses you want analyzed. State names can be abbreviated (e.g., NY, CA, etc.) but please do not abbreviate anything else.
STEP 2:	If you wish to mark an address with your own information (such as an Job I.D. number or a customer name) just enter the information in the “Client’s Identifier” column. This is not required.
STEP 3:	E-mail the completed HAC Data Form(s) or your own address data to: orders@HouseAgeCheck.com. If necessary, you can also fax data to us at: (800) 791-4126.
STEP 4:	We will research and code each address for you, marking the results in the Status column and return your submission to you via e-mail within hours! A means the house was built after 1977 – there is no lead paint to worry about. A means the house was built before 1978, so you will need to test for lead paint unless you can argue the job falls under an exception in the law (such as it is a zero-bedroom dwelling or that there are no painted surfaces at the job site, etc.). A means that either there was no reliable data available to determine the year built, or the address may have been entered incorrectly such that the results of our research where unproductive:
